Tips to staying mentally healthy during COVID-19:
1. It's okay to not be okay. Don't isolate. Asking for help makes you human.
2. Develop a grateful heart. Focus daily on one thing you can be grateful for, however small it is, it counts.
3. Be inspired. There is so much beauty around us if we would just look.
